MOONSTONE LABRADORS STUD CONTRACT AFC MOONSTONES Sea Biscuit Run “Biscuit” STUD FEE: The Stud Fee for BISCUIT is $800/litter. A litter is considered three (3) or more puppies; anything less than three puppies is pro-rated at $200 per puppy. BREEDING RULES: With the stud contract submission, a $200.00 non-refundable deposit of the stud fee is required. Board for the female will be $10.00 per day. Any necessary veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the female's owner or agent. MOONSTONE LABRADORS will attempt to do at least 2 natural breedings with Biscuit and your female. Side by side AI is available at Central Valley Animal Hospital for a reasonable charge -- sperm motility can be confirmed at that time. ACCOMMODATIONS: Our facilities include large, indoor/outdoor kennels with a larged 6-foot chain-linked fenced airing yard. Plus there are 17 fenced in acres for exercising. Your dog will be treated as we treat one of our own MOONSTONE LABRADORS. FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining $600 and any additional charges incurred are due within 14 days of delivery of the litter. AKC litter registration papers will NOT be signed until the stud fee has been paid in full. In the event there are no puppies, half of the deposit may be applied to a future breeding. Accounts unpaid within the 14 day limit will incur a $100 late fee. PREREQUISITES: A Negative Brucellosis Certificate (signed within 14 days of breeding) is required prior to the breeding if a natural breeding is planned. Valid OFA on the dog's hips must be provided. CERF certification desirable. Vaccinations must be current. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Should pick-up from and return to the Glacier International Airport in Kalispell, MT, be required, there will be a $75.00 fee payable in advance. ***** I agree to the above fees and conditions as here stated and agree to reimburse MOONSTONE LABRADORS for any additional legal fees, court costs, transportation or travel, veterinary, or any other expenses related to this stud service.
